Chinese green hardstone (probably bowenite) ruyi scepter, body with carved fungus designs, panels and flowers in high relief, head of scepter slightly off center with central phoenix head medallion; as-is condition with large break and repair to center body, all-over scratches, losses, numerous flaws, chips, etc.
