Chinese carved stone tripod censer is carved in an archaistic style with large rectangular handles with mythological animal heads with rectangular openings and loose rings, body are incised scrolled motif, animal paw feet with incised lion heads at the top, lid with a curled up dragon final with lions heads on three corners with loose rings, includes custom carved wood base in high-relief in an organic form with openings and with feet; one large lower ring broken and repaired, one smaller upper ring broken and repaired, other minor wear and flaws, as-is condition; H 12 1/4"
