Pair of antique Indian intricate metal textile stamps, 19th century or earlier; overall good condition, wear and rusting, damage to one handle; H 3" x W 6 1/4" x 4 1/2" (approx.) Provenance: Collected between 1945-1960 by Carl O. Winberg, former United States Government diplomat, agricultural attaché and Foreign Service officer serving across Indonesia, India Burma, Bangladesh and Australia; thence by descent to the present owner.
