Large and elaborate, antique Chinese Qianlong or Jiaqing Period, cloisonné enamel tripod covered censer; the compressed body with design of the Eight Buddhist emblems, amid meandering foliage and lotus blossoms on turquoise ground; with two sectional, writhing gilt dragons as the handles, a gilt lotus collar at the shoulder, the matching cover with three shaped lappets to the reticulated scrolling gilt ground, surmounted with an ornate ovoid dragon finial; all set on three lion-headed cabriole legs; late 18th/early 19th Century; Provenance: From the Collection of Eugene Iglesias; H: 24"
