Very fine antique Thai, 19th century, rattanakosin gilt bronze seated angel in prayer; wearing elaborate robes with fine details and adorned with jewelry including belt, bracelet, armlet, necklace, shoulder pads and crown, the jewelry with allover fine detailed bead work, the shoulders terminating in flames, the angels crown of multi-tiered terminating with pointed knop; the robes and back with allover detailed designs; allover heavily gilded with some area's of wear and loss to gilt consistent with age; H 19 1/4" (Approx.)
