Antique, Qing dynasty, Sino-Tibetan gilt bronze seated Maitreya figure with legs crossed with one leg wearing anklets, arms in crossed position each holding stem of lotus flower each extending to shoulders, adorned with allover jewelry over transparent doti, pendulum ears with elaborate circular earrings, head incised with finely detailed hair ornaments and topped with finely pointed crown, seated atop double lotus base with twin beaded borders, unopened copper base with incised varja; overall good condition, age wear, surface wear, surface soiling; H 6 1/4" (Approx.)
