Antique, Qing dynasty, Sino-Tibetan gilt copper alloy seated Maitreya with crossed legs and arms holding stem of blooming lotus, body fully adorned with finely detailed loose robes with incised borders and with beaded jewelry including crown, finely detailed hairstyle extending down to each shoulder with original blue pigment remaining and topped with finial, seated atop double lotus base with twin beaded border, base covered with copper incised varja; overall good condition, age wear, surface wear, surface soiling; L 6 1/2" x H 11" (Approx.)
