Antique Japanese, late 19th or early 20th century, Imari patterned oval form platter with elaborate designs to interior depicting 3 clawed dragon, phoenix bird, landscape scene all atop an elaborate floral background with allover gilt accents, the exterior with decorated floral spray in blue and white with floral mark to base; overall good condition with wear and flaws consistent with age, some soiling and firing flaws; L 20 1/2" x W 16 3/4"
