Group of five antique Indian gilt metal chargers, 19th century or earlier; as-is condition, some wear and surface scratches throughout; the largest charger H 3/4" x D 19 3/4" (approx.)
Provenance: Collected between 1945-1960 by Carl O. Winberg, former United States Government diplomat, agricultural attache and Foreign Service officer serving across Indonesia, India Burma, Bangladesh and Australia; thence by descent to the present owner.
