Diplomystus dentatus, Mioplosus labracoides, Priscacara liops Eocene Green Stone Quarry, Lincoln County, Wyoming, USA This fantastic bar would look great in any home or beside any pool. It is constructed entirely from the beautiful brown-gray toned stone of the kerogen-rich Green River oil shale, a deposit that lies somewhat deeper than the 18 inch layer whence most Green River fossils are excavated. The tonal qualities of stone from these deeper strata are considerably more dynamic, and the perfect delineation between the layers of gray and almost black rock works as a beautiful natural highlight to the edges of the stone slabs here, the contrasting stripes running all the way around the bar-top, as well as up and down the built-up corner sections of the base. And of course, it is in perfect harmony with the typically dark-colored fish fossils that have been polished flush with the surface, leaping out in perfectly harmonic placement - a Diplomystus and a Mioplosus on the top, 15 3/4 and 9 1/2 inches long respectively, and 5 Priscacara swimming over the slab that forms the bar's front, the largest of which is 5 1/2 inches long. The back of the bar is open and shelved for all necessary equipment and supplies, and the top surface has a thin layer of sealer that will fully protect the stone beneath from even the most catastrophic spills. It measures overall at 48 x 23 x 44 inches
