In its mouth the eagle holds a hanging spherical timepiece, magnifying glass ball front with Roman hour numerals on the dial and sub seconds dial; back measures 2 1/2" diameter (approx.); engraved "Eight Days" and "Made in France" on back; H: 11 1/2" (approx.)
