Large and antique, archaistic Chinese Ming-style bronze covered censer; of squared form; the body with taotie-like masks and interlocking patterning beneath a band of chilong, keyfret, and flower band; with fitted wood cover featuring decorative scrolling and large flower finial; six-character Xuande mark, but later; 19th Century; L: 11 5/8" (approx.)
